Just call the vet – at least they can talk to you over the phone, give you some idea of what is happening.

There are no ER vets in your area? If not, it’d be wise to take her first thing in the morning.
Blood in the stool is bad. Diarreah on top of that makes it worse. Puking that yellow substance up makes it much worse.
It could be a number of things. My lab had the same symptoms and ended up with a block in his tract. He was looking at emergency surgery. I highly recommend you try and find the dog a vet asap.

COCCIDIA?
GIARDIA?
Parvo???
Take a fecal in to vet!
NOT “stress”,NOT diet.
Do NOT try any “first-aid”!

I have a dog that had the same problem. She was stressed out because we had left her alone for a week at a sitters so the dog you’re pet sitting could have the same problem. I would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible.

I think she is missing the person. Your not supposed to feed it tuna.Feed it rice.

That same thing happened to my dogs and they had the parasite Coccida – it is nasty stuff. Take that dog in immediately. They will need a stool sample so get some in a baggy. If you can reach the owners that would be best to at least let them know what is going on. The only thing you can do is wash away the poop(if outside) or get it cleaned up right away. Coccida is transfered through stool and when the dog steps in it then licks their paws, the parasite is going right back into them.
Good luck with everything and I hope the dog is ok.
And you might want to let the owners know that if the dog has a parasite it can get really expensive, we had to get special food and the dogs were on all sorts of meds.
