She hasn’t ate anything really, but the diarrhea she has now is completely just liquid it looks like a light brown now? Is that a good sign? She doesn’t have parvo her test was negative. She still continues to throw up the little water she drinks :/ I have took her to the vet twice and will be going again Tuesday.

Will yogurt be beneficial for my dog, who has diarrhea?

I changed my dog’s food and switched too abruptly it seems, because he is having diarrhea, with a bowel movement every couple of hours. He is one year old and his digestive system is usually very regular.
I am now feeding him rice made with a bit of broth, for something mild, and will transition him over to the food gradually. In the meantime, however, would it help his digestive tract to have some yogurt, as it helps humans? (I know he loves yogurt, for he has “helped himself” to mine on more than one occasion. Hehe.)

Switch back to his old food, and give him a slice of bread, this can slow thing down a bit. Good luck! Oh and no Yogurt would not help. Good thought though I have thought the same thing but it doesn’t.
