my dog died about a year ago from heart worms but after a week i had a dream about her she was coming out my hallway and there was a bright white light behind her she came up to me and jump on me and then we started to play with each other then i started to walk trowed my hallway and she was right behind me but when i turned around she wasn’t there anymore but instead my other dog was there then i went to my sisters room and on her bed was my old winnie the pooh toy and it was moving by itself then i said the name “Timmy” (I don’t know any one name Timmy but it came from a different dream ) and the toy shook its head no then i said “Daisy” (that’s my dead dogs name) and it shook it head no again then i yelled at it saying “What now your a new spirit” and then i attack the toy i just want to know what does this dream means but mostly i want to now about the part with my dead dog
i hope you can understand this i would be really grateful if you can help me:)

“A dream is a wish your heart makes when you fall asleep”
Here is where your little one is, waiting for you;

Thats really deep..
Sometimes you do dream what you want to..you miss you dog :)
i had a similar dream where i thought i wasnt dreaming and i met my grand dad again :’)
no one can control their dreams at the same time :)
i think it mainly had to do with the fact that you missed daisy <3
i hope your okay now :)

Dreams are symptomatic of our subconscious brain downloading and running something like an update program on a computer. It will be attempting to fix memory curcits and associations that have become dysfunctional. The grief process, for example, will be busy in the background shunting bad memories and sadness into the background and putting good memories of our lost ones into the best place. Just like defragmenting a PC so that it finds the right things faster when starting up and processing. That’s the mechanics of it, but the why and how will forever remain esoteric.
So virtually encountering your Daisy soon after she passed would not be unexpected, the function of your expereince with the Winnie The Pooh toy has something to do with the old certainties and familiarities not being dependable as a result of a real physical death causing emotional trauma.

That’s how I think it works. It still doesn’t stop spirits or Rainbow Bridge narratives from being meaningful because in the dream state the paranormal is very real. If you were religious you’d see it like God never sends anything for you to deal with unless he has already provided you with the keys to unlock the coping mechanisms. In this case it was Grief.
