Im Baby Sitting my sister and shes being a brat!?
ByMy parents are out at a dinner thing tonight so im watching my sister.
I have cleaned all the rooms in our house and fed all the dogs cleaned the kitty box fed the kitty then i washed the animal bowels.
My mom said she might pay me $20 if i am a good help but they said we cant fight and that if anyone calls them i don’t get paid.
I told my sister to get in the bath and take a bath and she has to be in bed by 8:30 or 9:00
She has not even done her homework yet and its 7:00.
She refuses to get off the phone with her friend, she has been talking to her since 5:00. If i yell at her she will call my mom and dad?
I don’t want to disconnect the phone cause well i don’t know how to.
What Can i do???
I want her to get off the phone do her homework then take a bath and be in bed by 8:30!
Of coarse i can stay up till 10 so she will whine and cry and want to stay up!
Please help ASAP!

NOW SHES ON THE COMPUTER AND IM TELLING HER SHE HAS 10 MORE MINUTES THEN SHE HAS TO GET IN THE BATH AND SHE IS SAYING “YOUR NOT IN CHARGE OF ME” THEN I SAY YES I AM THEN SHE SAYS ” SAYS WHO?” THEN I SAID MOM SAYS WHO THEN SHE IGNORES ME? WHAT DO I DO!!!

I would call your parents and tell them that you can’t get her to cooperate with you.

Try pretending to go to bed… umm tell her that if she takes a bath, you’ll give her something really nice…works for me.

i would make her do what she needs to do anyway. i have the same problems with my siblings, and if they do get a call when they get home calmly explain to them that you were just doing your job and you should still get paid and not be in trouble. it works for me

Hang up the phone. Pick her up and carry her to the bath. Block the door so she cant get out of bed.

just talk to her (WITHOUT YELLING) keep your cool
example: give her advice on boys, school, friends, make her feel like you understand and really care about about her feelings. then when she’s really into the conversation, tell her that you will give her a huge secret on something if she takes a bath first

Be nice to her. Rather then lecturing her and coming across as authoritative, have fun.
If she doesn’t want to take a bath, then don’t make her. One night isn’t going to do any harm. Instead, do something fun with her. Fix up her favorite snack
If you’re nice to her then she’s more likely to listen to you.

Hang up the phone..force her to bath..than bed.. && Lock the doors..&& If she start crying then let her cry out..she’ll fall asleep. (:
