In German, to say “take care of”, what’s the difference among “sorgen für”, “sich kümmern um” and “pflegen”?

1. In German, to say “take care of”, what’s the difference among “sorgen für”, “sich kümmern um” and “pflegen”? Are they interchangeable?
2. How to say in German?
a) I have taken care of my mother’s house.
b) Take care of the children, please. (imperative)
c) The dog will take care of our house.
d) The nurse takes care of the patient.
e) I take care of my body.
f) Take care when you leave school at night. The way home is too dangerous.

1. “to take care of” has more translations then those mentioned by you.
2. No, they are not interchangeable. In most cases they have a complete different meaning!
a) Ich habe mich um das Haus meiner Mutter gekümmert. (or: Ich sorge mich…) different meaning
b) Pass bitte auf die Kinder auf! OR: Gib auf die Kinder acht.
c) Der Hund wird auf das Haus aufpassen.
d) Die Krankenschwester kümmert sich um den Patienten. (or: pflegt den Patienten)
e) Ich achte auf meinen Körper. (or: Ich pflege meinen Körper) – different meanings
f) Gib acht (OR: Pass auf), wenn du abends aus der Schule kommst. Der Nachhauseweg ist gefährlich.

sorgen für : can be just financial, can mean that you bring the stuff or do organisation and can mean that you everything that will be needed.
sich kümmern um: very similar
pflegen: often weak and ill persons, but also animals (Tierpflege)
Ich habe das Haus meiner Mutter gehütet.
Paß bitte auf die Kinder auf.
Der Hund bewacht das Haus.
Die Schwester kümmert sich um den Patienten.(generally) Die Schwester pflegt den Patienten. (washing, feeding,etc.)
ich achte auf meinen Körper.
Ergreife Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, wenn du nachts die Schule verläßt. Der Heimweg ist zu gefährlich.
