Mix white vinegar and water half and half and pour it in the ear once a day for about 5 days. The dog will not like it but it doesnt hurt them and it works. It worked for my dog.
Get some Zymox Otic – it’s available over the counter. Put that in his ear, but DON’T use anything else or it may not work. It’s good stuff, and you should see a marked difference in just a couple of days. If you do not, you really need to have the vet take a look. If the infection is too far advanced, it can destroy your dog’s hearing.
I’ll second the Zymox Otic! I have a girl who has had chronic ear infections all of her 13 years. I’ve paid the vet a small fortune over the years. Several years ago, I found Zymox and LOVE IT! It works all the time.
You can go to Amazon and read the reviews on it.
