Miniature Pinscher Dog Health *Please Help*?

Hello, I have a 4 year old miniature pinscher. Today, she threw up 3x a yellow foaming liquid, and her stools are kind of bloody drops..it is a bright red mix with brown. She hasn’t been eating anything besides some cheese. It might be because of a new dog food from Purina to Pedigree. It is hot over here if that is a factor. Pretty cool in the house. She seems alert for the most part and pretty much normal. In the morning her stool was normal but there was a red spot (think it was blood now) that I didn’t take into account. The past two times she pooped, it hasn’t been much or regular shape. It is like bloody small circular blobs (maybe diarrhea). I am about to make some rice. If you need any more details, please let me know. Also my dog can still jump and bark.

PS: I am not sure if she is stress because I moved her from my father’s house to my grandma’s house. She went from living from a Suburb to Chicago. There was more opportunities to look outside from my father’s house than my grandmother’s house.
