http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/ rates hundreds of dog foods, and they also list the ingredients of the different foods.
To speed you up, pressing [CTRL]+[F] in most browsers will let you search the text in the page for a phrase. Just type in “Rosemary” and it will show you whether the text appears in the ingredients of a specific food.
I hope you can find something!

Since your chihuahua is so small and fragile and obviously your care alot for her have you looked into those new recipes out that are all natural, or raw?
I would think it wouldnt take much to cook or freeze up a batch of “REAL” food for her.
There is an Ebook called “Rovers Recipes” on the site below.
Ive also heard about the BARF diet alot but havent looked into it.
Good Luck with the little girl

I’m sorry, seems to be a chihuahua trait.
I use a very good brand called Pinnacle – trout formula. They have other flavors but the trout has the omega 3′s that are so good for their health & it’s bite size is smaller than the duck or chicken flavors. I also make my own wet dog food:
1lb ground turkey
1/2c brown rice
1/2c frozen/defrosted mixed veggies
1c chicken broth organic (the canned type has preservatives)
brown turkey, add veggies & rice. simmer covered for 1/2 hour or until rice is thoroughly cooked. grind mixture in a food processor for desired consistency. (my guys eat around the veggies so I make sure they can’t)
My 1st chi had grand-mal seizures that were triggered by eating table scraps that contained Nitrates – especially bacon & ham – these caused the worst. He also experienced episodes if he became overly excited or nervous. Of my current 2, 1 has seizures the other does not.

Why not prepare your own food at home for her. She’s small so it wouldn’t take a huge effort. I have a 15lb. female who is yeasty and has been on a raw diet for 5 years. I avoid anything (veggies and fruit) that has sugar and also avoid any dairy products.
