My dog has a black spot in his eye. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
ByWe always noticed this black spot in our dogs eye and we thought it was just part of the color of his eye. Recently we noticed that it was moving around. He has had the spot for all of his life so it is not just something that is stuck. Can anyone tell me what it could be? If you need more details just tell me.

I would have a vet look at it. If he’s had it for his entire life, it could be harmless. Or i could be something serious. Just have your local vet give it a look.

Yes, my dog has the same thing, It eye dieses my germand shepard was sent to a vet that specialised in eyes, it will get worse if you do not treat it,my dog was given an onitment and drops that she took for a long time,it has now cleared up, Sorry i do not remember the name of what my dog had. GET that dog to the vet,befor it looses it’s sight,
