It all depends on the dog. I had a great dane, that after 1 week of finding out he had heart trouble, pass away the next week. I’m sorry to hear that though, just be strong and give your dog a comfortable death.

If you know your dogs dyng then you should take him to
the emergency vet if you have one, if not then take him/her to the vet and they will work something
out with you especially if you have no money.
They care about animals being tooken cared of and will put money aside and put the animal first.

Sweetie if his lungs are still clear then you have nothing to worry i don’t know how long you have with him but there might not even be anything wrong with him don’t work yourself up he is 7 years of age dogs live over 30 just like humans feed him some healthy stuff walk him put him into good shape and take care of him he will live if you have no money contact your family for donations get sponsors just do whatever you can to help your dog i hope he gets well soon.

,,, So your just gonna sit there and watch your dog die and suffer?
Bring your dog to the vet and get a payment plan. Or give your dog to a shelter, they will take him and actually care about him and cure him.
Did you know that its against the law to not give medical treatment to an animal that needs it?? You can actually go to jail.

I’m with the poster who said get on a payment plan. If you call a local vet clinic or pet ER, you can tell them your situation and they’ll often work out something that you can afford.
You can call your local APL or animal shelter for referrals if you need.
Don’t just sit back– at least attempt to see if you can find a vet who will help.

I had a friend who’s dog has cataracts so i made a fundraiser @ my school, we raised $300, now she only needs 400 more. The total surgery was 3000. I think u should start a fundraiser 2 pay 4 the surgery. I personally don’t know how long u have if u don’t bring him 2 a vet.

Since “heart failure” may be many different things (valve malfunction, muscle damage, parasitic damage, etc.), it’s impossible for anyone not familiar with the medical particulars to know.
