Next door’s dogs used to yap all all day long (as their owners went out and just left them alone in the back yard all day) and truly drive me crazy – this is a video i made to use as evidence against them. I’m sure all ‘neglected dog neighbors’ will appreciate the noise abuse being shown so clearly. Bear in mind I explained nicely several times and this still went on Monday to Friday frm 9am till 6pm. Working from home had become almost impossible for me. Eventually I called Animal Control to see what my options were. The lady had to ask me three times what my complaint was as she could not hear what I was saying over the barking (ironic, huh?) Anyway, happy ending as after another chat wth my neighbor and boyfriend she said she was taking them to her Moms, where they have been happily spoilt with attention ever since. WIN for al of us!
