Whats the best way to train a dog to stop barking?
By adminI have a kesian/german shepard mix dog who barks at everything that moves outside. He is driving me and my neighbors up the wall. I can’t afford obedience school or anything like that, and I love my dog so don’t tell me to just get a new one. I need some good answers. Every dumb answer will be reported to the proper yahoo authorities JK

if it doesn’t like water spray it with water every time it barks unnessasarraly

What worked for my dog was a scent spray no bark collar. It sprays a citrus smell when they bark. Most dogs dislike this smell. That’s what worked for me and my vocal hound.

I know people are going to say that this in inhumane, but try using a bark collar.

Tell him to be quiet first and then give him a doggy treat!
